Sehingga jika ada anak yang terlahir kurang dari enam bulan selepas orang tuanya akad nikah maka anak tersebut tetap tidak dapat dinasabkan kepada ayah sebagai anak yang sah.Pernikahan tersebut tidak dapat mengubah status anak hasil zina sebagai anak yang sah dari seorang ayah biologisnya dan anak tersebut tetap dinasabkan kepada ibu kandungnya.Jumhur ulama sepakat (Madzhab Hanafiyah, Malikiyah, Syai'iyah dan Hanabillah) bahwa anak zina tidak memiliki nasab dari ayah biologisnya 30, 31, 32.
